At Undefeated, we strive for excellence in every order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is placed inside its original shoe box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
